Island Haze: Content Campaign

Creative Brief & Ideation
Island Haze approached me with the goal of expanding its presence in the U.S. market by connecting with a younger, beach-oriented audience. I developed a creative brief focused on positioning the brand as a symbol of laid-back surf culture and effortless style, blending aspirational visuals with everyday relatability.
Production at Venice Beach
Drawing on the brief, I organized a production campaign at Venice Beach and Malibu, selecting iconic backdrops that captured the energy of the coast. I directed talent styling, photography, and social-ready compositions to highlight the versatility and lifestyle appeal of Island Haze products. The shoot emphasized vibrant colors, natural light, and candid interactions to align with the brand’s authentic, free-spirited identity.

Final Look
The final content series balanced studio-level polish with social media spontaneity. Close-up product photography paired with lifestyle imagery created a cohesive visual language — one that showcased the clothing not just as apparel, but as a reflection of a beach-centered lifestyle.
.
Distribution & Engagement
The campaign content was distributed across Island Haze’s Instagram and other social platforms, supported by tailored captions, hashtags, and publishing calendars. Posts highlighted product drops, seasonal colors, and lifestyle messaging, creating a consistent narrative that resonated with the brand’s growing community.
Impact & Brand Identity
Beyond the immediate campaign, this project laid the groundwork for Island Haze’s long-term brand identity. The creative direction, tone of imagery, and visual storytelling established a framework the brand could carry forward into future campaigns. By creating a clear aesthetic and voice, the campaign helped Island Haze set a consistent standard for content that strengthened recognition and loyalty over time.
